Paul Rosa
Paul Rosa is an Informed AI Hub Postdoctoral Research Associate based at the Statistical Laboratory of the Department of Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics (University of Cambridge), mentored by Po-Ling Loh and Oliver Johnson. He received his Ph.D. in 2025 from the University of Oxford where he was supervised by Judith Rousseau.

Research
Paul’s interests are primarily focused on the theoretical foundations of nonparametric and semiparametric statistical techniques, using either frequentist or Bayesian approaches and borrowing tools from functional analysis, spectral theory and differential geometry.
