Jianhong Wang, a Hub researcher based at the University of Bristol was part of the successful organisation of the for the 2nd Workshop on Coordination and Cooperation in Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (CoCoMARL), held as part of the Reinforcement Learning Conference (RLC) 2025 in Edmonton, Canada.
The workshop, which took place on 5 August, brought together leading researchers and practitioners in the field of cooperative multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL). The committee curated a dynamic program designed to foster collaboration, spark new ideas, and advance the state of the art in MARL.

The event featured:
- Poster sessions showcasing cutting-edge research,
- Keynote speeches from prominent figures in the field,
- A panel discussion addressing the challenges and future directions of cooperative MARL.
Jianhong emphasized the importance of creating spaces for open dialogue and interdisciplinary exchange:
